The Practice Flow:
The practice begins with Wrist & Ankle Mobilization to gently prepare the body, then gradually moves through the shoulders, waist, hips, and legs.
The session finishes with a Closing Form, creating a complete routine focused on relaxed movement, body alignment, balance, and a calm, centered state.
